Cleaning/Blasting - Diamond Chrome Plating has equipment to abrasive blast all parts we process with aluminum oxide or glass beads in a wide range of grit sizes.

Polishing -Diamond Chrome Plating can polish bar stock up to 45 feet long with a 3 ton weight limit.

Baking - A selection of ovens is available to accommodate stress relief and hydrogen embrittlement relief and heat treating of electroless nickel.  All ovens are maintained, calibrated, and serviced per the requirements of AMS 2750 for Pyrometry, including instrument calibration, TUS (Temperature Uniformity Survey), and SAT (System Accuracy Test).

Tool Room - Diamond Chrome Plating designs and builds in-house over 95% of the tooling required to process parts to the required specification. We have the skill to produce specialized precision fixtures for the more complex parts.
