Quality Management System (QMS)
Our Quality Management System (QMS) is compliant to AS9100 and ISO 9001 as well as meeting or exceeding the requirements and specifications of the aircraft and ordinance companies listed under "Approvals".
Diamond Chrome Plating, Inc. has established, documented, and implemented a formal Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of Nadcap AC7000 (Nadcap Audit Criteria for Nadcap Accreditation), AC7004 (AQS - Aerospace Quality System), and AC7108 (CP - Chemical Processing). Nadcap is known in the industry as National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program.
The established Quality Management System (QMS) is maintained and continually improved through the use of the Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, Audit Results (Internal & External), Analysis of Data, Corrective and Preventive Action, and Management Review.
Nadcap Accreditation Certifications
Diamond Chrome Plating, Inc. has been granted and maintains Nadcap accreditation certification since 2003 for Chemical Processing (AC7108) and Aerospace Quality System (AC7004). The Scope of Approval for AC7108 also includes:
